Accessibility Statement
OVS S.p.A. is committed to making its website www.croff.eu accessible, in accordance with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the implementing local legislation, and we are working to maintain and improve accessibility. We recognize the importance of providing the Service in a way that is accessible to all user groups, including those with disabilities or impairments. Where possible, we have included simplified features to make the Service available to those using assistive technology or who might find standard features difficult to use.
Compliance status
The website www.croff.eu is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of the regulations, due to the non-compliances and/or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
1. Non-compliance with the regulations
- Some graphical and textual elements do not meet the minimum contrast criteria of WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Header elements are not always in a sequential descending order.
- Some images do not contain adequate text alternatives (missing or generic alt attributes).
- Some interactive components (menus, modals, sliders) are not fully navigable via keyboard.
- In some sections, a correct association between labels and form fields for assistive technologies is not guaranteed.
- Some uses of ARIA roles on incompatible elements.
2. Disproportionate burden
- Some downloadable PDF documents on the site may not be fully accessible. Full remediation is underway, but the complexity and quantity of legacy content make the intervention gradual.
3. Third-party content
- Some sections of the site host content provided by third parties (e.g., embedded social media, external tools, payment systems) over which OVS S.p.A. does not have full control and for which accessibility is not guaranteed.
We are committed to ensuring full accessibility to all content provided through the Service, but please note that some older pages may not yet be compatible with all accessibility features.
